Promotion to Artist requires two steps:
What’s an Artist?
Artists are Elite Builders who consistently produce high-quality work that meets EpicQuestz standards with little to no revision required. They demonstrate strong building ability, creativity, and the confidence to develop new designs and styles for the server.
Artists are trusted members of the community and are expected to take an active role in its future. They help uphold building standards, contribute ideas, and may take on leadership responsibilities within projects. Artists wishing to lead a project should be able to present a proof of concept and a clear project plan, which will be refined alongside Build Team Management before construction begins.
Artist Criteria
- Have outstanding skills at exteriors (including in quality, composition, and design).
- Develop original designs and experiment with new styles.
- Complete jobs independently without requiring significant revisions.
- Show initiative and interest in leadership.
- Showcase will to expand their skillset beyond their comfort zone.
- Demonstrate reliability, maturity, and long-term commitment to the community.
The team leadership is actively monitoring all members of the team. As long as you fulfill all the criteria above, you will be approached by the staff and offered the rank of Artist.
